While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, SMT Custom does not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or any other content.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.
4. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to acceptance by SMT Custom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing:
Prices are in GBP and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments through secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Lead times vary depending on the trailer and can change daily. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date, which will not change once confirmed. No payment details are required upfront. If the lead time is not acceptable, there is no obligation to proceed. If the trailer is in stock, you’ll be asked to pay in full; if the trailer needs to be built, a 10% deposit will be requested.
5. Delivery
Shipping:
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Damaged or Defective Products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of receiving the order for resolution.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns:
We accept returns within 2 days of purchase, except number plates and bespoke/personalised trailer builds. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Security:
We employ industry-standard measures to secure your data. However, no online transmission or storage is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
